What the count measures
The evidence inventory contains 378 qualifying city-market records. The published claim uses the lower threshold of 300+ markets. Each qualifying record is a distinct indexed U.S. or Canadian city guide with a matching city source, planning-rate basis, local evidence, source references, and wording that makes availability order-specific.
Source category: Owner-attested indexed city-guide capability inventory. The owner-supplied list of markets with activity during the previous 12 months corroborates operating activity, but it is not used in the 300+ threshold numerator because the file does not contain event dates or exact window boundaries.
